Ross, 25, posted a 3-6 record and a 6.20 earned run average over 27 appearances (four starts) last season. Over three seasons with the Rangers, Ross owns a 13-8 record with a 3.98 ERA and 156 strikeouts in 150 games. Ranaudo, 25, made his major league debut with the Red Sox last season and went 4-3 with a 4.81 ERA over seven starts.
